Frequently Asked Questions
How long can I expect my spray tan to last?
This will depend on several factors such as your skin type and how well you take care of your tan after your appointment. Most tans last 7 - 10 days.
Should I wear eye protection while tanning?
Yes you should! Since your eyelids only prevent about 25% of the incoming rays, everyone should wear special eyewear which is provided free of charge at our tanning salon.
Would a sunburn turn into a tan?
No it wouldn’t. Sunburnt skin is skin that was damaged from over exposure to UV rays. After the skin heals, then you might see the tan you would have seen if you didn’t receive too much UV exposure.
Is it OK for pregnant women to tan?
Please consult your medical professional to discuss this.
How does 24/7 access work?
New members must join in person during staffed hours. Once membership is established, the member may tan once daily, whether the salon is staffed or not. The convenient PIN code door access and touchscreen kiosk are user friendly. Towels and sanitizer are available in the rooms and members sanitize the beds after use. Sunless and wellness are not currently available 24/7.
Will my spray tan turn my skin orange?
Although each person's skin reaction differs, we carefully selected the most popular solutions for our VersaSpa Pro to prevent an orange, or fake, color. We do recommend at least one spray tan a few weeks before any big event to help determine your skin's reaction and desired color.
Can I get a good base tan in just one session?
NO! The number of sessions depends upon the skin type of each individual as well as the tanning equipment they are using to develop their tan. While some may notice significant results in just a few sessions, it can take others several weeks of tanning three times a week to get their “base tan”.
